To continue improving the security and modernization of our services, starting July 2025, SES will require all customers to use a valid email address as their username when accessing our online download center.

What this means for you:

• If you are currently using a non-email-based username, you will need to update it to a valid email address.

• Without this update, you may lose access to download software updates and related services.
